We work hard to make sure every order from Ridout Streetwear ships smoothly and securely. Below you’ll find all the details on how we process, ship, and deliver your gear.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During peak drops or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended, but we’ll always keep you updated if so.
2. Domestic Shipping
We ship across the United States using trusted carriers like USPS and UPS. Standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey in real time.
3. International Shipping
Yes — we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary, but most orders arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. These costs vary by country and are not included in your checkout total.
4. Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are sent automatically once your order ships. If you haven’t received your tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact our support team at support@ridoutstreetwear.com.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll reach out to the carrier to investigate and do everything we can to resolve the issue.
- If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
- Ridout Streetwear is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received — in these cases, please check with neighbors, local post offices, or the carrier directly.
