How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping times vary (usually 7–21 business days). All customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
What’s your return policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn and unwashed. Limited-drop or final-sale items can’t be returned. Full details are on our Returns Policy page.
Do you have a sizing guide?
Yes — our Sizing Guide outlines measurements and fit notes for each piece. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed, streetwear-inspired fit.

Will you restock limited drops?
Most of our limited drops are one-time releases — once they’re gone, they’re gone. Occasionally, we’ll revisit fan-favorite designs or colors, so make sure you’re signed up for email updates and following us on Instagram for restock alerts.
How should I wash my shirts?
To keep your vintage or acid-wash pieces looking their best: turn them inside out, wash cold, and air dry. Avoid bleach or harsh detergents. Each wash adds a little more character — that’s part of the Ridout story.
