At Ridout Streetwear, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll help make it right. Please review the details below before starting a return or exchange.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- We cannot accept returns on final-sale or limited-drop items — these are marked as such at checkout.
- Tags and packaging (if applicable) should remain intact.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@ridoutstreetwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll review your request and send next steps within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label (for eligible orders).
- Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your label.
3. Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
- Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please reach out to us first at support@ridoutstreetwear.com.
- Exchanges depend on current stock availability.
- We’ll hold your requested size once your return is approved, if inventory allows.
- If the item you want isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we’ve got you covered.
- Email us photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll quickly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
We want you to love what you wear — if something’s off, we’ll make it right.
